Southern Inspirations first made its appearance in professional garden design services
when one of our chief designers won the prestigious Elle Decor WOW award during the
renowned Lifestyle Professional Garden Show. This award coupled with a gold medal for the actual design
sparked the interest of garden lovers and as a result Southern Inspirations was created.
Having always loved the beauty of the earth and the tremendous variety of the many plants and
animals, it has always been with joy that we have admired nature. Professional Garden Designers
strive to immitate the splendour of nature so that anyone can enjoy it from the comfort of their
own home. With this in mind we decided to launch this website to accomplish two things:
Firstly, you will notice that there is a lot of free information about how to design gardens, irrigation
systems etc. and how to care for your garden. It is our hope that many people will make use of the
information to beautify their own gardens and thus gain greater enjoyment from nature.
The second reason is that we love what we do: designing gardens. We have designed and installed
gardens in Africa, the UK and Canada. By going global through the internet,
we have also been able to design gardens for clients in the USA. Since designing gardens is what we do best, we also offer a range of

and other Complete DIY Solutions.
You can decide how much help you would like and we will be happy to assist you. A professionally designed garden does not have to
